Clear costs, no surprises
At DOB Capital we believe cost transparency is fundamental. Before you take a single step, you should know exactly how much each stage of the process costs. Here is everything, with no fine print.
Account plans
Free Plan
The free plan gives you full access to the platform's essential features. It is not a limited version or a trial with an expiration date. It is a permanent plan that includes everything you need to operate:
- Simulate your rate (unlimited)
- Create your account
- Publish assets
- Connect your tax information
- Back your financing
- Activate private financing
- Access your operator dashboard
- View the status of your process
Most operators on DOB Capital use the free plan. It is sufficient to complete the entire process through fundraising.
Pro Plan -- $29/month
The Pro plan is designed for operators with multiple assets or who need advanced tools:
- Advanced analytics. Detailed performance metrics for your assets, market comparisons, and projections.
- Priority support. Reduced response times and a direct communication channel with the team.
- Enhanced multi-asset management. Consolidated dashboard, cross-reports, and portfolio management tools.

Payment gates
In addition to the plans, there are two one-time payments required when you decide to move forward with a specific asset:
Validation -- $300 per asset
- When: Step 7, when you decide to submit your asset for formal verification
- What it includes: KYC/KYB, asset verification, financial viability analysis, Go/No-Go decision
- Refundable: No. It covers the cost of verification work regardless of the outcome
- Frequency: Once per asset. If you reapply after a No-Go, the fee is charged again
Legal structure -- $2,000 per asset
- When: Step 8, after receiving a Go decision in validation
- What it includes: SPV creation, subscription agreements, operating agreement, distribution schedule, complete legal registration
- Refundable: No. It covers the legal costs of incorporation and documentation
- Frequency: Once per asset
Fundraising fees
Fundraising fees apply only when your asset is in the capital-raising stage and you actually receive investment:
1.5% of capital raised
Charged once upon completing the fundraising. It is proportional to the capital you actually receive.
Example: If you raise $500,000, the fee is $7,500.
0.5% of each distribution
Charged on each monthly payment you make to investors. It is a percentage of the distributed amount, not of the total capital.
Example: If you distribute $5,000/month in interest, the monthly fee is $25.
Incentive alignment
The fundraising fees are designed so that DOB Capital only earns when you earn:
- If you don't raise capital, you don't pay a fundraising fee
- If you don't distribute (because investors didn't receive returns), you don't pay a distribution fee
- The fees are proportional: larger operations pay more in absolute value, but the percentage is the same for everyone

Total fixed cost to launch an asset: $2,300 (validation + legal structure). Everything else is variable and proportional to the success of your operation.
No hidden costs
There are no:
- Origination fees
- Account maintenance fees (on the free plan)
- Simulation charges
- Penalties for not advancing in the process
- Fees for basic inquiries or support
If at any point you decide not to continue, you simply stop advancing. There are no penalties or abandonment costs.
