Tax connection
Connect your tax authority to validate your real sales. This is Level 1 (free) of the validation step.

Revenue validation with real data
The tax connection is Level 1 (free) of the validation step. Instead of relying on self-reported financial statements, we connect directly to your tax authority to read the sales you already declared, your tax folder, and your fiscal status.
This level has no cost. Completing it improves your risk profile and can reduce your rate before you pay anything.
Current status: direct integration with Chile's SII is active through BaseAPI.cl. Other countries will be added progressively; in the meantime you can proceed by uploading manual tax documentation.
How does it work?
The process is designed so you maintain control at all times:
- Select your tax authority based on the country where your company operates.
- Enter your access credentials. In Chile you use your RUT and SII tax password.
- Authorize a read-only connection. We validate your credentials and read directly from the tax authority.
- We extract your real declared sales, your tax folder, and your taxpayer status.
- We monitor monthly to confirm your company remains active, billing, and current on its obligations.

What information is accessed?
The connection is strictly read-only and accesses:
- Taxpayer status. Business name, activity start date, economic activity codes, and business standing.
- Purchase and Sales Register (RCV). Monthly sales amounts broken down by document type.
- Electronic tax folder. Summary of tax obligations, filed forms, and compliance status.
- Electronic Tax Documents (DTE). Detail of issued invoices, used to cross-validate declared income consistency.
In other words: we read what your company actually billed and declared to the government, not what you tell us.
What information is NOT accessed?
- Bank accounts or non-tax financial information.
- Personal information about the legal representative beyond what is needed to validate the company.
- Information about third parties unrelated to your business.
- Any write operations: we do not issue, modify, or void tax documents.
Monthly monitoring
Once authorized, DOB Capital periodically queries the tax authority to:
- Verify your company remains active and current on its obligations.
- Build a monthly sales curve showing whether revenue is holding, growing, or declining.
- Detect early warnings: sharp billing drops, missing monthly sales, changes in tax status, or detected debt.
This monitoring gives investors confidence: we don't just validate your revenue once — we confirm the company remains healthy month after month.
Security and privacy
- Credential encryption. Your credentials are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a dedicated key.
- Read-only access. DOB Capital's code only queries tax information and never performs write operations.
- Specialized subprocess. The SII connection in Chile is handled by BaseAPI.cl.
- No sharing with investors. Your tax information is not shared with investors or third parties without your express authorization.
- Disconnection: you can request deletion of your stored credentials at any time by writing to contacto@dobprotocol.com.
What if I can't connect my tax authority?
If you operate in a country where direct integration is not yet available, you can proceed with manual documentation:
- Upload tax returns, balance sheets, financial statements, and client contracts directly in your dashboard.
- These documents are reviewed during Level 2 (due diligence) and have the same evidentiary value as a direct connection, though the process may be slightly slower.
Access your dashboard to start the tax connection or upload manual documentation.
