3 fields and your asset is published

Publishing an asset on DOB Capital is intentionally simple. We don't ask for a 50-page business plan or detailed financial projections at this stage. You only need 3 fields to get started.

What do you need?

To publish your asset, you just need to complete:

1. Asset name. A descriptive name for your operation. For example: "Atacama Solar Farm" or "CDMX Logistics Fleet".
2. Asset type. Select from the 10 available categories: data centers & AI, energy, SaaS & platforms, real estate, fleets, mining, manufacturing, agriculture, health, or other.
3. Amount you need. The capital you're looking to obtain. Our range goes from $50,000 to $10,000,000 USD.

That's it. Three fields. Less than 3 minutes.

What happens when you publish?

When you publish your asset, several things happen automatically:

• Your simulation is linked. If you simulated before creating your account (which is the most common path), the platform connects your simulation data with your published asset. Your rate, bank comparison, and parameters are all associated.
• Your file is created. Your asset appears in your operator dashboard with a clear status and the next steps defined.
• Subsequent steps are unlocked. Steps 4 through 8 of the process (revenue verification, backing, private financing, validation, and legal structure) require a published asset. Without an asset, those steps remain locked.

Your operator dashboard

Once published, your asset appears in the dashboard with all the relevant information:

• Current status. Which step of the process you're at.
• Estimated rate. The indicative and potential rates from your simulation.
• Requested amount. The capital you registered.
• Next step. What you need to do to move forward.

You can edit your asset information at any time before formal validation. If your circumstances change or you want to adjust the amount, just update the fields.

Can I publish more than one asset?

Yes. Each asset follows its own independent process. You can have a solar farm in validation while you publish a new vehicle fleet.

With the free plan, you can manage assets at a basic level. The Pro plan ($29/month) gives you access to advanced analytics, priority support, and enhanced management for multiple assets.

The connection with your simulation

The process is designed to flow naturally. The typical sequence is:

1. You visit the simulator and calculate your rate (no account needed).
2. You're interested in the result and create your free account.
3. When you enter your dashboard, the platform suggests publishing an asset using your simulation data.
4. With 3 additional fields, your asset is published and ready to move forward.

If you didn't simulate beforehand, you can also publish directly from your dashboard. But we recommend simulating first to have a clear reference of your estimated rate.

What you don't need at this stage

At the publishing step, we do NOT ask for:

• Legal documents
• Audited financial statements
• Detailed tax information
• Guarantees or co-signers
• Payments of any kind

All of that comes later, in the corresponding steps, and gradually. The idea is that you start quickly and fill in information as you progress.

Security of your data

Your asset information is confidential. Only you and the DOB Capital team have access. It is not shared with investors or third parties until you expressly authorize it, after completing validation and legal structuring.
